Dell Shows Panasonic ToughBook The Sincerest Form Of Flattery
Filed in Laptops on Mar.04, 2008

Dell is hopping on the copycat train with their first ever fully ruggedized laptop, the Latitude XFR D630. The unit looks like it may actually give Panasonic a run for their money in rugged laptop category. The XFR D630 meets the MIL-810F military standards for extreme conditions, has a die cast magnesium alloy case, sealed keyboard and door covers, shock isolated hard drive (and yes, SSD is an option), and an optional touch screen. Starting at $3,899!
