Palringo is the first official multi-client IM (instant messenger) application for the iPhone.  The program supports Google Talk/Jabber, Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo, ICQ, iChat, and Gadu-Gadu.
I just got done installing it… it takes a a bit to figure it out… but seems to work well once you get the settings right.

Get buffed with one machine, at home with the Titan T1 Gym.  The all-in-one home gym setup is made to fit in a 9′X12′ room and offers about 50 exercises such as;

Cable crossovers
Cable Press
Lat Pull-downs
Weighted ab-crunches (we all need this one)
Leg raises
Leg curls
