According the Apple fans at 9to5Mac and iFixYouri, these pictures might just be the first accurate leaked photos of the iPad 2 display. The display is supposedly a 9.7-inch LG Philips XGA LCD with 1024×768 resolution. More pictures after the break.

I really hope this rumor is wrong. It would totally blow if the new iPad has same 1024×768 rez as the old one. I was really hoping for a super high 2048×1536 retina display action.
