If you drive a car, it is only a matter of time before a rock gets kicked up and leaves a nice chip or crack on your windshield. Such is life I suppose. Normally when you get a chip in the windshield glass (often called a bullseye, star, or crack) it is an expensive repair or a call to the insurance company. That is no longer the case with this inexpensive windshield chip repair kit at just $8. Read the instructions first and watch a couple of videos before...

François Gissy had a dream. He built that dream. His trike is powered by 35 gallons of water in a carbon fiber wrapped tank with a pressure of 6,000PSI. Uncork this bad boy and it gets to 62MPH in 0.55 seconds. Top speed on the water pressure trike is 162.2MPH before it runs out of pressure. Keep going for video. ...

The Honda 150SS Racer is a new concept bike, not a Honda Grom with mods. The Honda 150SS Racer was unveiled, as a concept (for now), at the Bangkok Motor Show this year. From the looks of it, the engine is from a Honda CBR150R which is a much sportier beast than the Grom’s motor. It is half retro and half modern/futuristic. Some key features of yesterday include disc style wheels, solid brake rotors, and a round headlight. On the modern side of things there is a rear mounted gyroscopic camera, a clear race number holder, and a under-body...

Apparently this is a “thing” as there are multiple manufacturers of this car tent umbrella gadget. I have yet to see one of these car tent things in the real world. For around $239 you can have a remote controlled umbrella for your car. You simply put it on the roof of your car, hit the button on the remote, watch it unfold, then strap it down. Or you could buy a car cover for $20. I’m...

Drones, and DJI specifically, have come a long way in the last few years. Flight distances, telemetry, obstacle avoidance, silky smooth gimbals, high quality cameras, and size reduction are just a few of the areas that have improved massively. DJI has just addressed two more issues in an effort to perfect the quadcopter with their latest DJI Mavic Pro Platinum. The Mavic Pro Platinum has an 11% gain in flight time (30 minutes) and a 60% reduction in noise (4dB less). The

The OTTOLOCK is a clever take on the age old problem of what bike lock should I use. You can go with the super heavy and slightly more secure locks but you have to lug that weight around with you. And to be fair, all locks, yes all locks, can be compromised rather quickly with the right tools. Think angle grinders, plasma cutters, bolt cutters and the like. If you leave a nice bike locked overnight in the urban jungle it will most likely not make it through...

The jetANGLER by Aquanami is a jet propelled one or two person fishing kayak. The Jet Angler is powered by a 17.5-horsepower, 4-stroke gas engine. Top speed is close to 30mph and range is 40-miles with the standard fuel tank. If you are a fisherman or waterfowl hunter this gas powered kayak is just what you have been wishing for. It will get you into places that boats can’t get to. It will also take you into locations that you don’t want to walk to. It’s small enough to conceal your whereabouts, and big enough to be considered rugged,...

Not sure whether to put this under the “genius” or “crazy” section but it certainly is interesting. Public transportation in most of the US is not that great. Traffic tends to bring most forms of transport to a grinding halt. This futuristic approach to mass transport by Dahir Insaat is simply called Gyroscopic Transport. Best shown off with a video which is after the page...

The car sunshade is great for protecting the dash and interior of your car while keeping the interior temperature down a bit. All fine and dandy, but the Car Full Of Cats Sunshade is so much more. For one, duh, it makes it look like you have a car full of cats but more importantly it lets the world know you DGAF. It is 50″ x 27.5″ which should fit most cars. Includes two suction cups for easy installation. ...

This pretty clever product turn just about any bicycle into an e-bike in about 60-seconds. Simply swap out the front tire with the GeoOrbital Wheel ($995) and you are ready to go. The GeoOrbital Wheel uses a remote throttle for control and comes in a 700c (28in/29in) or 26in size. It is powered by a 500W motor and allows riders to hit about 20 mph. Good news, it is made in USA, Massachusetts to be exact. Bad news, it cost as much as a
