Yahoo denies Microsoft

Yahoo officially turned down Microsofts $44.6 billion offer as inadequate Monday. Jerry Yang and crew believe they can get a higher offer from another suiter, stating this offer “substantially undervalues” Yahoo. Google?

  1. No offense… but who cares. As long as Yahoo doesn’t sell out its advertising to Google it is still a contender.
