Day One Completed

We had a late start, but did pack the essentials like a cardboard cat, bear spray, night vision goggles, random animal masks, zebra snuggie, driving arm sun protectors and a captains hat to name a few.  The one thing that didn’t make it was the push bumper for Vicky which is really sad but we will get one installed on the road.  We also tried out the car graphics that are not at all offensive to police officers.

So all day while on the road we were listening to the truckers call us out on the CB radio. “Smokey coming in the hammer lane in a plain black wrapper” I learned that stood for smokey the bear in an unmarked police car.  It was classic.

I’m off to bed. Can’t wait to google how to get rid of bed bugs after staying at this fancy establishment.  I’m out!  From Grants Pass Oregon.
