How To Get Out Of A Ticket For Driving While Talking On The Cell Phone

While this "how to" is more of a prank than an actual way to avoid cell phone tickets, it actually works pretty well.  Also, it won't get you out of an existing ticket.   It is more of a preemptive approach to getting out of the infamous cell phone ticket.  Watch the video after the break for a laugh and see why I want to go into the cell phone cookie business.
