Looks like the makers of the Segway scooter are trying to sex-up their product with their latest, the Segway PT i2 Ferrari limited edition. I can’t believe Ferrari let this happen.
What makes it a Ferrari?
- Red paint
- A Ferrari backpack
- Autographed by Kimi Raikkonen (?)
- $12,000 price tag?!
- Oh yeah, and a Ferrari logo.
The old scooter and a fat girl adage is ringing loud in my head. With that said, I am sure the Segwaysegway is run to ride around on… but I have yet to see anyone look cool on a segway. This is perhaps the most ftarded thing I’ve seen on two wheels. As if the regular Segway wasn’t goofy enough they make another one that makes you look like a complete duche. Oh and who the fark is Kimi Raikkonen? Segway is targeting nerds with disposable incomes generated by living in their moms basements.
You got to give people props for not being afraid to look completely retarded.
Can you imagine the marketing meeting that came out with this gem? At 2am in the morning, high on chinese leftovers fumes and compressed farts of his colleagues the VP of Marketing said, “Let just paint the damn thing red, call it a Ferrari, get some no-name to plug it, and charge mint! All in favor?!” Yeah.
I was at Standord Mall today. Their cops ride around on Segways! Sad.
