We’ve had one for a few years, the four AAA batteries last from six months to a year, and we use rechargeable it doesn’t eat up batteries. Been trying to find a second one it doesn’t look like they’re made anymore. They stop you from sitting your glass on something uneven and it’ spilling, at two in the morning
