One Horsepower Naturmobil

Some asshole crafty type fellow Hadi Mirhejazi, from Iran, has made a real one horsepower vehicle.  The poor horse is tied to a treadmill and charges the batteries which power an electric motor.  The Naturmobil, as it is called, will go 28mph.
