Husqvarna’s New Hybrid Solar Lawnmower
Husqvarna announced a new hybrid solar lawnmower, and it looks pretty cool. It is very quiet and seems to work just like the robotic Roomba vacuum. It has a solar panel for charging in the sun, a docking station (for charging when there isn’t any sun), and a programming control panel. The lawnmower will run for about 40 minutes per full charge. I was half excited, until I saw the price tag… $3,971! I could pay a professional gardener for about 6 years for the same price… in other words… I won’t be buying one today.
