Real Life Hover Chair

Smart folks at the University of Kobe Gakuin (in Japan) have built an actual hover-chair.  It does about what you would expect a hoverchair to do, it floats around on a cushion of air.  They best part, it can carry Americans as it has a payload of 330-pounds.  Video of it in action after the break.
