Meatballs rock, great by themselves, with spaghetti, in a sandwich, etc, The only negative I can think of is sometimes they are too fatty or greasy. Cooking them on the grill would most likely allow a bunch of the fat/grease to cook off but cooking them on the grill was next to impossible, until the meatball grill cooker came along.
