Worx JawSaw

Not entirely sure why I feel the need to own one of these, but I do.  The Worx JawSaw will make small work of downed branches and tree trimming.  You can have the JawSaw eat through just about anything, up to 4-inches in diameter.  The teeth hold the branch in place while a 6-inch chainsaw gnaws through the wood.  They also make a pole attachment that will get you 5-feet of extension for tree trimming.
