How To Beat The Heat Japanese Style
In an effort to deal with the extreme heat a few Japanese companies have come out with an icy cold foam spray. The foam cooling sprays have names like "Hokkyoku Monogatari" (translated – Tales of the North Pole) and can be molded into anything and feels like a ball of confetti.
