There are so many concept supercars popping up online it is difficult to keep track. So, unless they are truly amazing, we won’t feature them. Let’s just talk about stuff that you can go out and buy. Today. This American supercar started the build process in 2014 by Ferris Rezvani. The car is dubbed the Rezvani Beast. The price slipped a bit from a proposed entry version at $120K to the current price of $165K. Before you scoff at the price tag realize that this thing gets to 60mph in 2.7-seconds, in line with an $845K Porsche...

Imagine a supercar that gets to 60mph in just 2.8 seconds, has 2,000 horsepower twin turbo charged v8 engine, and a top speed of 270mph. Now imagine that this said car was drop dead sexy and made in America. The Triton Nemesis RR is actually going to be put into production, a small production though with just 50 units (and 9 additional Black Ops versions). The car is also loaded with technology that allows for customizable drivetrain, lighting, and suspension tweaks...

The Rezvani Beast is being built in California and is built to get back to basics according to Fardees Rezvani, the designer.  The car is built on the Ariel Atom platform, but with a skin and more.  So they basically started off with a go-kart-like car add a 3D printed carbon fiber body.  In other words you get Ariel Atom performance without...

Oh, be still my heart.  The Trident Iceni is one beautiful car, the fact that it happens to run on diesel (including Bio-diesel) and gets about 2,000 miles per tank are just icing on the cake.  Lots of icing.  Read on for details on the Trident Iceni after the break.

Rimac has unveiled the Concept_One electric supercar which will have 1088 hp, 3,800 Nm of torque, a 0-62 mph time of 2.8 seconds, a top speed of 190 mph  and a 370 mile range.  The Rimac Concept_One has been designed by a 23 year old, Mate Rimac.  Electric cars never seem to hit their proposed release dates, but I hope this one does.  If...

Tesla has been working on the Model X for quite a while now. In their effort to perfect the all-electric SUV they have had some long delays. Well the wait, for the early birds anyway, is over. The Tesla Model X (90D $132,000 or P90D $142,000) has started shipping. The performance or P90D model is insanely fast at getting from 0-60mph in just 3.2 seconds with a 155mph top speed. Faster than many supercars. The launch video starts off a bit slow but highlights some amazing features in true Apple fashion. It is worth a watch. Some notable...

The power to weight equation is the not-so-secret sauce behind some of the quickest supercars on the road. Lots of power and very little weight often means you are hitting some pretty good 0-60mph and quarter mile times. The British have just smacked down ALL of the pretentious supercars running around Hollywood with the Ultima Evolution. The current “fastest accelerating” car is was the Ferrari LaFerrari which gets to 60mph in 2.6 seconds with a 9.7 second/149mph 1/4 mile. The Ultima Evolution gets to 60mph in an amazing...

The Honda Civic. Love it or hate it, it is here to stay. The latest 2016 Type R version sports a 2.0L turbocharged engine that makes 306-horsepower. Still not a supercar but it will go from 0-60mph in 5.7-seconds. They even added an aggressive body kit with a rear defuser and huge spoiler for the boy-racers.  Everyone knows stickers and spoilers add horsepower. Reminds me a bit of the WRX STI styling. All jokes aside, a 30o+ horsepower Civic would be a blast to drive. More pictures and a video of the 2016 Civic Type R attacking the...
