GE’s latest washer and dryer line, the Profile series have some sweet gadgetry. They certainly aren’t cheap at around $1,200 per unit… but they sure look pretty. The washer sits on top of a SmartDispense pedestal that holds and dispenses about six months worth of detergent and fabric softener. The washer and dryer actually communicate with each other via a new technology called “CleanSpeak”… no need to tinker with dryer settings…. it already knows what is coming.
