Be glad that you don’t live in a communist country. Although the US is not innocent when it comes to telling its people what they can/can’t buy… things are much, much, much better here than in Cuba. With that said, life just got a bit better in CastroLand. Raul Castro, Fidel’s baby brother, has just authorized the sale of computers and DVD players for all.
However they still have to wait until 2010 to be able to buy a toaster. Turns out they have electrical power issues like California a couple of years ago.
