RC-12 Wireless Camera

What’s 1.4 inches long, weighs half an ounce, and comes from Japan?  Get your mind out of the gutter! A miniature 2.7MP wireless color video camera from RF System Lab dubbed the RC-12. After bringing us the capsule endoscope (another tiny camera that allowed us to tour our colons), RF System Lab introduces this amazing device ideally suited to be glued to tiny RC vehicles or spying robo-bugs and transmit live videos from various locker rooms… This wireless CMOS camera operates for 45 minutes on a rechargeable battery, has a 33-yard range, and comes in stunning Smurf-blue color. But wait there is more! It also includes a waterproof case (NB! The Specs do not mention any operating depth limits, merely that the camera is waterproof). Now how much would you pay?! Don’t answer yet, because you also get a Morse type 5 1.2GHz video receiver. All this for about $340 USD. Not cheap, but definitely worth while for any technocrati video nerd working on his street cred as a Peeping Tom.

I m interested in this camera, however plan to use it underwater.
Does any one has an idea on the depth limitation if this camera is used underwater in fresh water like a swimming pool. (NB! The Specs do not mention any operating depth limits, merely that the camera is waterproof).
