Living near Santa Cruz I have seen plenty of surfers trying to strap their surfboards onto their bicycles. Usually the surfboard is hanging off one side of their bike making the bike unstable and wide.
Apparently a sober surfer has come up with a better bike surfboard rack that mounts the surfboard directly above the bike rider. Bonus… you get some shade while you ride. Check out the ACG bike surf racks here.
