Polaroid is hoping to capitalize on their famous instant cameras of the past, but this one is digital. The Polaroid Z2300 Instant Digital Camera starts off with a 10-megapixel sensor, a 3-inch display, built-in flash, 32MB of storage, an SD slot (4GB card included), a video-out port, a removable battery, and a mini USB port. The 1.4-inch thick Polaroid Z2300, while tech'd out, manages to look a bit retro with touches like a chromatic stripe and a slide switch for going from macro and landscape shots.
The Z2300 instant camera can hold ten sheets of sticker style 2"x3" digital film paper. After your photo is printed out you can peel off the back and stick it to your locker or your photo album. Cool. Each photo print-out takes about 40 seconds and can be filtered for different styles, like Instagram.
Polaroid is taking pre-orders for the Z2300 for $159.99 here.
