Well it appears that Vietnam is doing well these days. They recently completed a new bridge that crosses the Han River near the port city of Da Nang. That alone isn't too amazing, but they had some extra cash in the budget to bling this project out. This bridge has a color changing dragon that breaths fire, and water, from its mouth. The dragon is lit by 15,000 Philips LED lights. More pictures and video after the break.
