Leaf blowers are great tools for cleaning up around the home. However, the electric leaf blowers don’t seem to push enough air and either have a short battery life or a cord to deal with. The gas blowers are marginally better but either push a narrow stream of air at high speed or a thicker stream with not enough power.
Troy-Bilt thinks they have improved the gas powered leaf blower with their TB2MB Jet Gas Leaf Blower ($149). First off, it looks pretty cool, like a Dyson vacuum cleaner. It is powered by a 27cc 2-stroke motor and pushes air out at 130 mph with a CFM of 650. That is some serious airflow.
