Yep, this odd looking self service machine which has some analog knobs on top is a sperm extractor machine/robot. This device currently resides in a Chinese hospital in Nanjing. All the sad user has to do is turn on the screen for some video, pick the amplitude, frequency, and temperature and they are off to the races. Oh yeah, they have to insert their bits into the “massage pipe” which is adjustable for different height users. The machine not only extracts sperm but also a bit of pride.
