Self Balancing Scooter

Ever wanted a Segway Scooter? Nope, me either. They are just too expensive and manage to make even the coolest person look like a goober. Enter the poor mans version which is basically a Segway without all of the handlebars and bulk. These tiny self balancing scooters are much cheaper ($200-$500) and are quite a bit more subtle.

There are several brands (IO Hawk, PhunkeeDuck, MonoRover R2, and FutureFoot) but they all seem to be rebranded versions of the same product. From reading the reviews, these scooters look like fun but aren’t going to be used as a mode of transport. Also, they are pretty pricey for what they are.
