ACTON R10 RocketSkates

These futuristic Acton R10 roller skates strap on to your regular footwear via strap bindings. Similar to snowboard bindings. They can support riders up to 250 lbs and have a two wheels and a 55-wattt motor per foot. The Acton R10 RocketSkates ($699) can move riders at speeds of up to 12 mph and controlling them is as easy as leaning forward to accelerate and backwards to decelerate. Video after the break.
