Nissan That Wants To Be A Mini Cooper

I saw this car while I was vacationing in Khao Lak, Thailand last week.  At first glance I thought it was a Mini Cooper.  Take a closer glance and notice the Nissan badge front and center.  Not sure what model of Nissan this car is however.  Feel free to educate me if you know the model.  Either way thought it was worth posting this "Nini".
