Garmin Forerunner 15

Garmin_Forerunner_15

I think Garmin finally got it right with the Forerunner 15.  They combined the best of their two most popular wearables the Vivofit and the Forerunner 10.  Now you get all of the GPS watch goodness mixed in with daily activity tracking.  Read on for details on the Forerunner 15.

So what exactly does the Garmin Forerunner 15 do?

  • Distance tracking
  • Pace
  • Calorie burn counting
  • Heart rate monitor (optional and worn on the chest.  Bummer)
  • Treadmill tracking (via foot pod)
  • App/online integration

Expect to see the Garmin Forerunner 15 this spring for about $170 or $200 with the heart rate monitor.
