Girlfriend Knee Pillow = WTF

For about $110 you can be the sad perverted proud owner of a “girlfriend knee pillow”.  The Japanese make some of the strangest things, and apparently have the ability to manufacture their ideas into reality.  Not sure who the target market for this is.  Is it the guy who just can’t sleep unless he is resting on his girlfriends lap?  Another, more telling, picture after the break.
