Global Warming Jacket?

The Japanese are at it again.  This time in the form of a jacket that has two fans sewn in to the fabric.  The fans run off of a small rechargeable battery.  The idea is that the air flow will keep you cool by evaporating sweat.  In reality you end up looking like a guy riding a motorcycle with a ski jacket… all puffed up.
