Korean One-A-Day Banana Packaging = Genius
Yes. I know. This isn’t gadget related but listen up, my fellow banana chaos agents. You know the drill. You buy a bunch of bananas because they look perfect in the store. Two days later? Half are still green enough to use as weapons, and the other half have turned into sad, brown mush that’s […]

Floating Ocean Platform Has Solar, Wind, And Wave Energy Generation
I sure hope this ambitious energy harvesting gadget becomes a reality. This floating platform, from Sinn Power in Germany, is still very much a concept. All of the parts exist, but they haven’t been put together in such a way, yet. This system is designed to provide power for coastal locations and creates power from […]
DJI May Have Their Drones Removed From US Market
DJI is often called the “Apple” of the drone world. They do make good quadcopters. I try to avoid buying items made in China (not easy and I am nowhere near 100%… not even close, yet) for many reasons. Too many reasons to list here. With that said, I do have a DJI Mavic Mini […]
Nissan 400Z
Sure, you can still buy the 2020 Nissan 370Z but why would you? Nissan just filed for a 400Z trademark application and is likely working on announcing this car sometime next year. Expect the Nissan 400Z to take styling cues from the old Datsun 240Z. Technical specifications are still a mystery but rumors say this […]

Evoy Electric Outboard Motor Is World’s Strongest
Let me start off by saying that internal combustion outboard motors have way more power, but that isn’t the point with this one. The Evoy Pro is the equivalent to a 150-horsepower gasoline motor and runs at 90 kW nominal and 150 kW peak. This product is still evolving but looks promising for places where […]
Nest Service Down… Again.
Let me start by saying that I have referred several people to the Nest products. When they are working, they are great. The last few months Nest has been down too many times for my taste. In other words – Nest has been shit lately. I can’t access cameras, thermostats via the web or app. […]
