Aviva Fishin Buddy

Sometimes fishing can be a bit boring… especially if you are bobber fishing.  Also, it can be tough to cast the bait exactly where you want it.  Enter the Aviva Fishin Buddy RC Boat… and both issues are resolved.  This fishing gadget costs only $59.99.

“Put your line right in the middle of the action with the Aviva Fishin’ Buddy. The radio-controlled boat pulls your bait at least 50 ft. away from the shore, then brings it back – with the fish – after a strike. Just watch the bobber, and when it disappears, steer the boat back to you. Use the included telescoping retrieval hook to grab the boat and land the fish. The line is attached with the special clips (two included with tackle). The boat is powered with an NiMH battery pack that can be charged from a standard 110-volt outlet. The remote is powered by one 9-volt battery (included). 27MHz frequency. Everything to start fishing, except the bait.”

Watch a fishing competition video after the break.
