The C-Quester 3 by U-Boat Works is one bad lil personal submarine that is actually available for sale, unlike the hard to find Seabreacher. Although, not cheap at around $575K the C-Quester is both a boat and a submarine. The unit can dive to depths of 100m and can stay under water for six hours.
