Expect to see the new Piaggio MP3 Hybrid Plug-In Scooter on the road as soon as next year. The new MP3 hybrid scooter will be able to get 141MPG using a combination of electric power and a 125CC motor. The scooter will fully charge in three hours off of normal 110V power and can run in full electric mode, or one of three hybrid modes.
Gas savings come at a price however… your coolness.
