The Korean inventors (Kinatech and Headtime) are at it again, with the Headtime scalp massager. This nerdy looking massage gadget has 63 balls sitting on your head (giggle), 34 of which are ceramic and 29 of which are silicon. The Headtime scalp massager also has LED lighting (?), temperature control, and a small speaker that plays soothing nature sounds. No idea if this thing is coming to the US, but I hope so because the ladies like it.
