I like the idea of a kid friendly, rugged, water resistant type kids laptop. In this case the PeeWee Power 2.0 Laptop. The only thing I am struggling with is the adult price of $449.99. You can buy a used laptop ( with more power) online (granted it might not be this cute or rugged?) for under $200 and if they break it, buy another? Regardless some parents will spring for the kid friendly laptop and will get to test the ruggedness with a 1 year warranty.
