Wow, that name is a handful,the Meco Stainless Steel Electric Water Smoker. Long story short, smoking foods is supposed to be easy. But it isn't. I can't count the times that meats have come out of the smoker tasting great but tougher than leather. In an attempt to make the smoking process a bit friendlier, Meco has added a layer of water in between the heat and the food. And if you are crafty you can add some seasonings to the water tray for additional flavor.
