Honda has a bunch of cool new bikes hitting the road in 2014. One in particular will end up in my stable though, the Honda Grom. It reminds me of a Ducati Hypermotard / Monster that has been shrunken.
“This is really a fun time for Honda fans, as we unveil these four incredibly cool all-new machines for 2014 that reach out to entirely different segments of the market,” said Powersports Press Manager Bill Savino. “This introduction serves as a perfect example of what 2014 is going to be like for Honda, as we continue to bring diverse and completely new concepts to riders, no matter what kind of machines they might favor."
While the Honda Grom is closer to pit-bike sized than that of a full sized motorcycle, it comes with some cool gadgetry and tech. Start off with the smaller frame, and LED taillight, 12-inch wheels, a two passenger seat, an inverted front fork, hydraulic disc brakes, a 125cc fuel-injected engine, a standard 4-speed transmission, and a digital instrument cluster. All this goodness for just $2,999. I am smiling just thinking about it. Cool Honda Grom Videos after the break.
