It’s hot outside. Keep your 12-ounce can colder longer with a can cooler. So many choices where to begin. I am going to start off with the expensive option for the person who has to have the latest and greatest tech from Yeti. Read on for can cooling knowledge.
The Yeti Colster ($48) is made of heavy duty stainless steel and claims to use “all of the powers of modern science” to keep your 12 oz can cool for a long time. Yeti has a great reputation for being rugged and keeping stuff cold but I am not sure about a $48 beer can coozie.
The Thermos Stainless Steel Beverage Can Insulator is the same idea with a price tag that is 1/4 the cost. The Thermos version uses vacuum insulation technology and is also stainless steel. Both are shooting to keep your can drink cold for up to 3 hours. Really, who needs a beer drink to stay cold for 3 hours?
Lastly there is the inexpensive polyurethane foam version with a bit of flair. The Hello My Name Is Drink Coolers ($25 for 12). Not only do they come with a pen for writing your name on your beer, they are also significantly cheaper than the other options. And, who needs to keep a drink cool for hours anyway?
