The folks at Hamilton Beach have come out with a breakfast burrito maker ($25) that makes simplifies the art. You simply drop a tortilla in the lower section and the eggs, veggies, cooked meats, etc… in the top section. Set the timer for 4-5 minutes and then slide open a middle separator and, BAM, you have a pretty solid looking breakfast burrito. Or for the same small price you can get the breakfast sandwich maker.
