Amazon has been super busy. They are launching rockets, flying test delivery drones, delivering packages the same day they are ordered, and continuing to improve on existing products. The latest product improvement comes to the Amazon Echo in the form of a wireless version, the Amazon Tap.
The Amazon Tap is basically the same as the Echo with a few noticeable differences. The first is that it is powered by a rechargeable battery (9-hours of playback), has a wireless charging base, and you have to press the microphone button to access Alexa. Not too shabby for $129 considering it can just be a dumb Bluetooth speaker or a handy “smart” assistant.
Some commands you can use –
- “Play Justin Bieber.”
- “Shuffle my Favorites playlist.”
- “What’s the weather in San Jose?”
- “Ask Domino’s for my Easy Order.”
