Folks, I am not often the type to rant about positive experiences, but Maui Jim is amazing… on many levels., Read on to see why I will only buy Maui Jim Sunglasses from today on.
Product – Simply put I have yet to find a better lens than Maui Jim lenses., The thing I like most is that they take off the brightness and glare without turning off the lights., For example, I had a pair of Rudy Project glasses which made me feel like it was nighttime whenever I put them on (and they were heavy)., I have two pairs of Maui Jim’s, one in each car,, love em.
Customer Service – I recently managed to damage the lenses on a pair of MJ-407-02 Maui Jim’s., I went to the Maui Jim website and got the return information., Long story short, a very polite MJ employee called me shortly after receiving my glasses., She was super nice (wish I got her name) and only charged my $10 for shipping the glasses back to me., I got them today, they look brand new, they even threw in a new cleaning cloth., MJ you got a customer for life!
