AViiQ Portable Laptop Stand

AViiQ is a relatively new company that makes, for the moment, one product, an aluminum laptop stand that is very portable.  The AViiQ lightweight laptop stand can support a full 17-inch laptop but weighs only 5.5 ounces and folds up, accordion style, to 2.75" x 12.75" x 0.25". 

Not exactly cheap at $79.95, but I guess you get what you pay for?  Let me start off with my first impressions, the box is stunning and feels like it is meant to transport a high end telephoto lens or something of that caliber.  The box contains the laptop stand, a set of replacement rubber feet, and a microfiber bag.  When I first got my hands on the laptop stand it felt so light that I wondered if it would support my huge laptop.  Once I figured out how to assemble the AViiQ (pretty quick and easy once you get the hang of it) I put my huge laptop on it, and realized that it is strong, much stronger than I expected.

The AViiQ laptop stand is made of aluminum with a thin plastic center that allows it to do the accordion folding trick.  It is super light and thin and will fit in just about any laptop bag or sleeve.  If you are the laptop stand type, this is your stand.
