Every so often an idea comes along that is so goofy good you have to take the drug induced idea and make it a reality. All jokes aside, I actually like the idea, it is a dog collar with a built in retractable bottle opener. The "Bark4Beer" relies on the fact that you never have a bottle opener when you need one and the fact that there is always a dog laying around ready to come on command.
