The Toshiba T135-S1305 ultrathin laptop is a favorite of folks who actually have to tote their laptop around or travel. As much as I like the "idea" of a netbook, they tend to be underpowered kids toys. The Toshiba T135-S1305 is not a netbook, it is a an ultrathin laptop. The T135-S1305 has one of the better screens seen on an ultrathin laptop, 13.3" LED backlit, it is bright and crisp. The battery life tends to last between 6 and 9 hours, if you put the computer in ECO mode you get the longer times. The dual core CPU is fast and powerful enough for most users/applications. The T135 doesn't get too warm when sitting on your lap and is almost totally silent, no loud fans here. The HDMI port is a nice addition and plays well with the two TV's I tried it on. Long story short, you can't go wrong with the T135-S1305 at only $449.99. More specs after the break.
