TrueLite Midi 1W Torch

The world needs more gadgets, no exceptions!  Once again, the folks at the True Utility deliver in style.  I am hopelessly addicted to their catalog – from the stuff you can hang from your keychain, to their lighters (and I am a non smoker), to their viciously functional pocket knives, and finally to their awesome and tough LED torches.  A friend who knows about my addiction to all things by True Utility, dropped off one of their latest Truelite Midi 1W 70+ lumen LED torches on my desk.  The Truelite Midi 1W with its gritty and rugged design really stands out, looking like some kind of prop from a military sci-fi movie with its smartly cut anodized aluminum body.  Seriously though, the entireTrueLite Midi 1W Torch Flashlight flashlight has this wicked miniature lightsaber-ish feel to it!  Its short and extremely portable without sacrificing functionality.  The amount of light this thing squeezes out of a AA battery is impressive – at 70+ lumens it keeps going for about 90 minutes or you can chose the energy saving 30% mode and get about 5 hours.  This is truly an LED torch, not a mere flashlight.  Some nice touches include a (removable) belt clip, a lens protector, and just to prove that its ruggedness is not limited to its exterior, the Truelite Midi LED Torch is shock resistant and water proof for up to five meters.  The boffins at True Utility got some mad skills when it comes to making cool, functional, and addictive gadgetry!  Can I have some MOAR, please!
