Maine, Boston, Connecticut, And New York
4 state catch up post… we have been having too much fun to post.
After New Hampshire we made it to Maine and did what typical tourists would do. We went out on a lobster boat and caught lunch. Picked the best lobsters out of the bunch… hauled them to a local restaurant… and ate like kings. Re-hydrated with VitaCoco (#vitacoco #hydratenaturally).
Boston was made easy thanks to some great friends. Got a home cooked meal, fresh baked cookies, craft beer, and plenty of entertainment. Logged some miles walking the Freedom Trail and riding rented bikes around the city.
On to Connecticut where we stayed with friends again. Steve had fun re-telling old stories (again… and again… and again). Ate at the only Chinese restaurant in town and drank their specialty drink “The Scorpion”. Live and learn… back to beer.
NY NY! Thanks to another friend for being a gracious host and tour guide. He almost walked us to death… but we got to see more sites and history than we would have otherwise seen on a paid tour. Apparently his house sprung a leak. Good luck with the rainy season sir.
