A Truly Zombie-Proof House
The zombie trend continues… this time backed by some serious money. This might just be the first zombie-proof house. “The Safe House,” was designed by KWK Promes and makes quite a conversion from modern beauty to concrete block. Even the windows get covered in concrete when the need arises. The hinged concrete walls are massive […]

The name is a bit odd… but the product is quite unique. This X-Doria Cubit iPhone 4/ 4S case provides protection while allowing you to express your creative side with a customizable/interchangeable design. If you get tired or bored with your case… use the 5×8 grid and colored tiles to change the design. Includes a […]
Sprinkles Cupcake ATM
Remember the Sprinkles Cupcake ATM? Well there is finally a demo of the cupcake vending machine ATM in action. The coolest part is that you get to ride along, virtually of course, with the robotic arm via a camera and the LCD screen. The bummer is that every cupcake wastes a fair amount of packaging […]
Maglite XL200 LED Flashlight Review
I was recently given a Maglite XL200 LED flashlight from a friend… so I thought I would put together a quick review. Great gift as I love flashlights, and this one just took its place as my new favorite. Sorry about the spoiler… but read on for the Maglite XL200 review.
Angry Birds Space Gets Another Teaser
In a few days, March 8th at 7AM PT to be exact, Rovio will make the official announcement about Angry Birds Space. This video teaser, like the others, doesn’t offer much insight about the game… but does show a pig in a space helmet. So the obvious seems to be confirmed… the game will take […]

The KettlePizza fits both 18.5 and 22.5-inch bbq grills and is made of stainless steel. The KettlePizza sleeve fits between the lower grill and the BBQ lid creating a oven with […]

The World’s First Cupcake ATM
It doesn’t get much better than this, if you live in the Los Angeles area, a 24-hour cupcake ATM! The cupcake ATM is at the Beverly HIlls Sprinkles location on South Santa Monica Blvd. I can’t help picture the line of drunk folks getting cupcakes after 2AM. Great idea, can’t wait to visit this little […]
Bike Planter
Ok, so you leave your car at home and commute on a bike. Good work. But if you really want to look the part you should step over to Etsy and strap on a Bike Planter. “Do you love riding your bike? What about plants? Bring your plants on an adventure and let them enjoy […]
Best Flashlight Ever?
Another KickStarter gadget here, this time a semi-handmade flashlight. This is basically a hand carved wooden handle with a Streamlight LED flashlight guts and a threaded metal head. While this clearly isn’t the “best flashlight ever” it sure looks good. I like it just for the rustic look and feel… and for $69 why not.
