For around $60 you can make sure you face and breath are not too cold while enjoying the snowy weather.  Whether you are a hunter, snowboarder, or skier the Talus Outdoor ColdAvenger uses a magic ventilation system that mixes cold inhaled air with warm exhaled air to keep the inside of the mask up to 40º to 60ºF warmer than the outside air.

"The Talus ColdAvenger® is designed for a variety of winter outdoor activities where protection from cold is essential. Researched and developed in Northern Rocky Mountain winters and tested in snow and freezing weather, ColdAvengerâ„¢ keeps your face warm and dry while helping humidify inhaled air and allowing you to breathe freely. ColdAvenger® has been used with comfort at -20ºF. It's the ultimate ski mask for winter face protection during outdoor activities. Include it in your essential ski and snowboard gear. Ski, snowboard, snowmobile, heli-ski, hunt, cycle, motorcycle, or work in comfort outdoors with the Talus ColdAvenger®."

Why isn't the Talus Outdoor sponsored rider using a ColdAvenger?

Cool idea, but I am really curious if you are getting the exhaled CO2 back in significant quantities, or is it just used to warm up the incoming air without actually mixing with it. Mixing exhale and inhale can really stunt your eXtreme Sports performance while using this gadget. Good stuff as always GK Team, thought provoking!
