The Acer Iconia's of the past have been a bit ho hum. The latest Iconia-6120 Touchbook hopes to change all of that and is accepting pre-orders in the US and Canada. The $1,199 price tag gets you two 14-inch Gorilla Glass touchpanels, a Core i5 Processor, 4GB of memory, a 640GB hard drive, USB 3.0, […]
Wooden iPad 2 Cover
The Miniot iPad 2 cover, pictured above, has the fancy magnets and stand ability just like the Apple branded iPad 2 covers. The main difference being that it isn't polyurethane or leather, but instead carved from a single piece of wood. In my opinion the wood adds a nice touch to the metal and glass, […]
Avaak Vue Gen 2 Wireless Camera System
You may have already read our Avaak Vue Camera Review and know that we are fans of the simple to use system. Well things just got a bit better for the Avaak Vue cameras with the 2nd generation. They now have an indoor camera with motion detection ($129, CM2040) and an outdoor camera with motion […]
iRobot 110 FirstLook
The folks at iRobot, made famous by their Roomba Vacuums, have come out with a new small, light, throwable robot. The idea behind the iRobot 110 FirstLook is that you can use it to check out an area before sending the humans in. The 110 FirstLook weighs less than 5 pounds and is 10 inches […]
Motorized Kitchen Center Island
Not only does the pictured kitchen island raise and lower from the floor, but it is operated from the owners, Tim Thaler's, iPhone. Very cool, check the video of the retractable kitchen island after the break.
Pepper Spray Alarm System

Enough pepper spray to cover 2,000 square feet. Great idea, but I imagine trying to get all of that pepper spray out of your home after […]
Remote Control Eagle
As much as I like the idea of a remote control eagle with a 9 1/2 foot wingspan I am struggling with the price. I would probably pay about $100 for such a gadget, but $499.95 is just too steep. The remote controlled eagle has a carbon fiber skeleton and a small engine above the […]

Easy2Pick Luggage Locator
We have all been in the post-flight cattle drive to the baggage carousel looking at every black bag that goes by wondering, is that my bag? Sure you could tie a colored ribbon on the handle and that might work, but it isn't really much of a gadget is it? The Easy2Pick system has a […]
WebOS Will Be On Every HP Computer In 2012
According to HP's new CEO Leo Apotheker, "HP has lost its soul" and somehow hopes that putting the WebOS on every PC shipping in 2012 may help. HP computers will be able to run both a Windows OS and the HP webOS in the coming year. I think HP needs to get back to innovating, […]
